Having escaped the hecticness of London I wanted calmness, space and most of all swimming! Emily knew where to take me, for just the right length of swim with no one else around, to a beautiful lake up in the hills. We had enormous views, but also seclusion. And yes – cold water. But invigoratingly so, in a way that clears the mind. Exactly what I was looking for.

Emily took me on two incredible walks – a fantastic circular walk that included Snowdon but away from the main throughfare, and a coastal walk including stunning beaches. Her passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm for the area shone through and I felt in very safe hands. A beautiful part of Wales and a fantastic host.
